Set on a remote barrier island off the coast of Georgia, Tides of Change explores the complex and often controversial intersection of wildlife conservation and land management. As invasive feral pigs devastate native ecosystems and threaten the fragile nesting grounds of endangered Loggerhead Sea Turtles, a reluctant community must confront difficult decisions. Through the eyes of a biologist, a seasoned wildlife manager, and a local landowner torn between development and preservation, the film reveals how embracing change—sometimes in the form of uncomfortable choices—is essential to protecting what matters most.
